Discover Scuba Diving Adventures
Minimum participant age is 10
In order to participate in a Discover Scuba Adventure, you will be asked to complete a Medical Statement. Please review this form prior to traveling to UNEXSO by clicking here for the Medical Statement. Note that if you answer YES to any question, you will need to obtain an approval from a licensed physician prior to participating in the activity. If the participant is a minor, a parent or guardian must sign the form. You can download the Physician Approval Form by clicking here.

Experienced Scuba Divers
UNEXSO requires all divers to present proof of certification in order to participate in scuba diving activities. Please be sure to bring your diver certification card with you to present at check in. You may not be allowed to dive without presenting proof of certification.
Liability Release
As is common practice, UNEXSO requires a signed liability waiver and release form. Signing this form releases UNEXSO from any damages resulting from any instruction or activity participated in at UNEXSO. All contractual, tortuous, or other relations or issues between you and UNEXSO and the liability waiver and release shall be governed, construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. The venue for any actions pertaining to relations, issues and/or liability will lie in The Bahamas.
